- Our cancellation policy varies according to the length of your stay. If you reserved:
- 1 - night – no cancellation is available-full charge will apply
- 2 - 6 nights – minimum 3 days notice is required
- 7 -29 nights - minimum 7 days notice is required
- 30+ nights or 3+ rooms - minimum 30 days notice is required
- If your cancellation is made in less time than specified above for any reason (including weather conditions, illness or death in the family) you will be charged for all nights reserved that we are not able to re-book
- For your protection – we strongly advise you purchase travel insurance
- Please note the appropriate notice also applies to any reduction in the number of nights you have committed to stay. No refunds or adjustments after arrival. “No Shows” are subject to full payment for all nights reserved

- No open flames (candles)
- Day time visitors (between 10am-8pm)are welcome as long as it does not conflicts with other guests' enjoyment of their stay (no parties or receptions allowed without hosts prior approval). No unregistered overnight visitors please
- No guest pets
- We regret - due to safety concerns Indian Grove B&B is not suitable for families with children under 10 years of age. At High Park Suites and Toronto Guest Suites we welcome children 5 years old +
- ****We ask our guests not to wear outdoor shoes indoors in both homes and all bedrooms/suites including basement bedrooms.**** We provide clean slippers (or bring your own). New slippers available to purchase at $3.00 per pair
- Hot breakfast at Indian Grove B&B is served at 8:00, 8:30 and 9:30 a.m. - please specify on arrival what is your preference and advise us of any food allergies
- Please make as little noise as possible between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. to avoid disturbing the sleep of other guests
- Your credit card will be charged $25 per each not returned key

- Sorry, we do NOT offer: monthly rate (other then prorated weekly rate), discounts for: groups, CAA, AAA, student, senior, military, police, travel agents.
- Weekly rates available (payment equal to 5 nights stay at regular rate-6th and 7th nights are free).
- Our rates are the same 365 days per year regardless of season, holidays or special events.
- NOVEMBER-DECEMBER SPECIAL (on stay till Dec.20, 2011) 10% discount if you pay by cash (Canadian funds only). Minimum 2 nights stay is required.

If you need to book 5 or more rooms for your special event or planning on photo session please contact us as your booking will be subject to additional costs above the posted regular rates, deposit requirement and different cancellation policy
